Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online

and on-premises solutions.

Plan and execute SharePoint migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions with

minimal impact on business operations.

Manage user onboarding processes, including account setup, permissions, and

personalized user training.

Utilize Microsoft Graph API to develop and integrate solutions that enhance SharePoint

functionality and user experience.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom

SharePoint workflows, sites, and document libraries.

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, ensuring system performance,

reliability, and security.

Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation, including migration plans

and troubleshooting guides.

Stay updated with advancements in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related

technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint engineering, including SharePoint

Online and on-premises.

Demonstrated experience in SharePoint migrations in a project environment.
Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Graph API for SharePoint solutions.

Expertise in SharePoint workflows, site configurations, and governance best practices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex SharePoint issues.
Experience onboarding new users, including account provisioning, permissions, and

user training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and their integration with SharePoint is highly

desirable.
