Job Description

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related discipline Professional information technology certifications eg. Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, O365, Python 5+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated understanding of technological trends and developments in the areas of responsibility. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Strong technical background, with hands on experience in majority of; Cisco, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, Meraki, O365 voice & Video, Palo Alto firewalls etc. Ability to successfully match technical solutions to business requirements Demonstrated awareness in applicable IT change and problem management processes Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and urgency Demonstrated ability to work under pressure Excellent Customer Service ethos Ability to implement, troubleshoot, & upgrade the network services technologies as well as develop organisation-wide standards and patterns for others to follow Provide expert advice and experience relating to the network services environment.
