Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founders' Office: Executive Assistant located in New Delhi. The Founders' Office: Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to the founders.

I want someone who can schedule meetings, host weekly and monthly reviews, handle correspondence with customers and vendors and prepare reports and presentations. The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on various tasks and projects. The role would also involve you overlooking operations of Larkai Healthcare and contributing to developing and scaling the company


This role can encompass a wide variety of responsibilities. You will have an in-depth involvement in the company’s strategic initiatives and execution. As a part of the Founders' Office, you will:


  • Help in augmenting the brand image of the company through initiatives such as corporate reach-outs, organizing events, and improving our current workflow.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Strategize growth and expansion opportunities for the company, including those in related fields such as with alliance and partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment with company goals.


Qualifications



  • Passion about working in the health wellness and fitness Field
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management or a related field is a plus not a requisite
  • Experience in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools including Canva, basic photo and video editing, and AI tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is a plus
