Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Finance & Admin Associate located in Gurugram. The Finance & Admin Associate will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing support for management tasks, and coordinating training and development programs. The role also involves daily communication with employees to address their needs and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Basic Finance and Operations skills
  • Experience in managing Tally
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in, Business, Administration, Economics or related field
  • Experience in the Finance, IT or healthcare industry is a plus not a requisite
