Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Science to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in various science subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic growth of students. Key Responsibilities: Instruction and Curriculum Development: Design, plan, and deliver engaging lessons in [Specify Science Subjects, e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology]. Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and educational goals. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement effective classroom management strategies to address behavioral issues and promote student engagement. Student Support: Provide individual and group support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. Offer guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career matters. Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to integrate science education with other subjects. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance. Prepare and submit reports on student performance and academic progress as required. Parent and Community Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns. Engage with the community to promote science education and support school initiatives.
