Position: TGT Hindi Teacher Work Location: Off Airport Road, Yelahanka, Bangalore Work Mode: On-site Role Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging lesson plans in Hindi. Teach Hindi language to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Develop educational materials and resources to support lessons. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities to enhance student learning. Encourage student participation and promote active learning. Communicate regularly with parents about student performance and achievements. Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience. Keep up-to-date with educational trends in language teaching. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment. Prepare students for exams and assessments. Utilize technology in the classroom to enhance learning. Provide individualized support for students needing extra help. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, particularly in CBSE schools. Strong command of Hindi and English languages. In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students. Proficiency in using educational technology and tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Adaptability to different learning styles and classroom settings. Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning. Passion for teaching and education. Experience in extracurricular activities is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
