The role ensures students develop physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship through structured activities and training sessions. Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Coaching Conduct regular PET classes for students as per the school curriculum. Teach basic skills in sports such as athletics, football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, etc. Plan age-appropriate physical fitness activities and warm-up routines. Provide coaching for school sports teams and prepare them for competitions. 2. Student Development Encourage students to participate in physical activities and improve overall fitness. Identify students’ strengths and provide personalized guidance. Teach teamwork, discipline, fair play, and sports ethics. 3. Planning & Curriculum Prepare lesson plans, sports schedules, and activity charts. Assist in organising sports days, inter-house competitions, and tournaments.
