Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good command of the English language, and a keen interest in teaching students to develop their reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities. Fresh graduates with excellent English proficiency and a love for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the curriculum and student needs.

• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English effectively.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.
• Provide constructive feedback and individual support to help students improve.
• Use creative teaching methods, audiovisual aids, and technology to enhance learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and grades.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Encourage students to develop confidence in communication and creative expression.
• Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and English language trends.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable with a passion for teaching.
• Prior tutoring, internship, or teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).
