Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons for secondary grades, aligning with the CBSE/Board syllabus.
• Design, plan, and execute lesson plans that develop reading, writing, comprehension, and critical thinking skills.
• Conduct regular assessments (tests, assignments, projects) and provide constructive feedback to encourage academic improvement.
• Cultivate a positive and disciplined classroom environment that fosters inclusive participation and collaborative learning.
• Participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, storytelling sessions, and literary clubs to ignite a passion for literature.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and engage in school-wide academic initiatives.
• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and embrace best practices in pedagogy and digital teaching tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Requirements

  :
• Master’s Degree in English (M.A. in English)
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) 

Experience

• 2 to 6 years of full-time teaching experience in CBSE/Board schools
• 2 years of teaching Classes 9 and 10 preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over English grammar, literature, and composition
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design creative lesson plans and adapt to diverse learner needs
• Familiarity with digital tools for enhanced teaching
