We’re looking for a passionate educator with a flair for English language and literature and a track record of nurturing student growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons for secondary grades, aligning with the CBSE/Board syllabus. Design, plan, and execute lesson plans that develop reading, writing, comprehension, and critical thinking skills. Conduct regular assessments (tests, assignments, projects) and provide constructive feedback to encourage academic improvement. Cultivate a positive and disciplined classroom environment that fosters inclusive participation and collaborative learning. Participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, storytelling sessions, and literary clubs to ignite a passion for literature. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and engage in school-wide academic initiatives. Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and embrace best practices in pedagogy and digital teaching tools. Qualifications & Experience Educational Requirements : Master’s Degree in English (M.A. in English) B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) Experience : 2 to 6 years of full-time teaching experience in CBSE/Board schools 2 years of teaching Classes 9 and 10 preferred Skills & Competencies : Strong command over English grammar, literature, and composition Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to design creative lesson plans and adapt to diverse learner needs Familiarity with digital tools for enhanced teaching
