Testing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Testing Engineer to ensure the performance, quality, and safety of plastic injection moulding machines and related equipment manufactured at Polymechplast Machines Ltd. The role involves hands-on testing of machines, troubleshooting, and preparing inspection reports to meet internal and customer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance, functionality, and endurance testing on injection moulding machines.
• Inspect and verify hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components as per the design specification.
• Prepare test procedures, quality reports, and issue logs.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects or performance deviations.
• Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during all testing activities.
• Provide support during pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) and customer trials.
• Maintain records of test data and generate test certificates.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and process audits.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of plastic injection moulding machine operations.
• Understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and report writing skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
