Testing Engineer job description: A Testing Engineer is a person who tests Power Electronic products, functional and Electrical requirements as per specification. Debugging of such products through Visual Inspection and Circuit understanding. Who works in a team towards achieving production target with the assistance of Dept Head & Quality Team. The job is based on skills like Soldering , Fault finding and Electrical testing of Power Electronics Products. Testing Engineer Job responsibilities include: Visual Inspection of Assembled PCBAs for their Correct placement of Components as per BOM and their soldering Quality. Functional testing of Power Electronic Products Such as SMPS, Battery Charger, EV Chargers, Battery Back Up Systems, Voltage protection Devices and Inverters etc. Taking Reliability test like Burn in test, HV test ect. Logging of Test Report as per Test Procedure.
