Tester cum Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Tester cum Project Coordinator who can ensure the quality of our e-commerce projects (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) while coordinating directly with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a structured approach to project execution, and hands-on testing experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and mobile responsiveness testing.
• Prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
• Identify, document, and track defects using project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Validate API integrations, checkout flows, payment gateway setups, and overall e-commerce flows.
• Ensure websites meet performance, usability, and security standards.
• Conduct final UAT before client delivery.

2. Project Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Gather and document requirements from clients clearly and accurately.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and follow up with developers/designers to ensure timely execution.
• Schedule project meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
• Report project progress, risks, and blockers to management.
• Ensure smooth delivery and handover of completed modules/features.

3. Client Communication & Support

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and clarifications.
• Coordinate UAT cycles and manage client feedback.
• Provide basic training/demo to clients on Shopify, WooCommerce, or internal modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software/web testing or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and e-commerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento (preferred).
• Experience creating test cases, bug reports, and executing structured test cycles.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
• Strong communication (written & verbal), client handling, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, browsers, server responses, and common web issues.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience in Shopify testing (themes, apps, checkout, custom apps).
• Knowledge of SEO basics, e-commerce analytics, and performance tools.
• Familiarity with Figma/Zeplin for UI validation.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
