The Test role is crucial in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our AI-driven recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our AI-driven recruitment solutions. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects. Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve product performance. Ensure that our patented AI algorithm meets the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Preferred Skills Experience with AI and machine learning technologies. Familiarity with recruitment processes and systems. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
