Lead and manage testing teams for core and digital banking projects.
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to handle client communication effectively.
Manage reporting to both management and clients on project progress, risks, and quality metrics.
Expertise in defect management and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Handle escalations from clients and ensure proactive problem-solving.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the testing team.
