Role Overview:

The Test Lead will drive quality assurance initiatives across cloud transformation projects, leading testing teams and implementing robust QA strategies. This role requires strong technical testing expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure delivery excellence for enterprise clients. The Test Lead will be responsible for establishing testing frameworks, mentoring QA teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers across multiple projects
Develop comprehensive test strategies and frameworks for cloud applications
Design and implement automated testing solutions using industry-standard tools
Coordinate testing activities for complex enterprise cloud transformation projects
Establish quality gates and release criteria for production deployments
Conduct risk-based testing and defect triage for critical business applications
Collaborate with solution architects and development teams on quality requirements
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
Provide quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders and leadership

Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of software testing experience with 1+ years in leadership roles
Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, API testing)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing cloud-native applications
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization
Proficiency in testing tools (JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Jenkins)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and quality assurance best practices
Experience with performance testing, security testing, and mobile application testing
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred

Must to have

Both types of Testing: Automated and Manual

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Relevant certifications in software testing and quality assurance
