Job Description

Lead the Test Engineering team in building a strong testing framework and setup.
Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all testing activities for system changes
Own and manage UAT Plans, Test Execution, Defect Tracking, Reporting, and Root
Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Regression Test Packs with focus on automation.
Analyze business/technical requirements (BR, CR, Defects) and design appropriate
Maintain automated regression test suites and present run results to stakeholders
on a regular basis.
Write and validate test code/scripts to ensure system compatibility and stability.
Maintain accurate test documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and
Collaborate with vendor partners to align and roll out test strategies effectively.
Oversee and support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from a testing
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior engineers to strengthen team
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Remain adaptable and flexible to evolving business and technical priorities.
