Job Description

Provide L1 production support for the Pratyay Trading Platform.
Monitor applications for health checks, respond to alerts, and resolve user tickets
Ensure timely response, ticket closure, and incident management.
Create and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and SOPs for recurring
Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of repeated issues and
improve application reliability.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive long-term stability and end-user
Support UAT/SIT environments and assist in test cycles as needed.
Provide on-call support as part of a 24 7 rotational shift model.
Analyze incidents using monitoring and observability tools for proactive resolution.
Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
regarding issue status and resolutions.
  • Required Skills & Expertise
Hands-on experience with AWS Infrastructure Services.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow).
Exposure to programming languages/frameworks such as .NET, Java, or Python.
Usnderstanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
Experience with application performance monitoring tools (preferred).
Knowledge of shell scripting for automation and debugging (desired).
