Test Engineer

RED GLOBAL-TESTER - Google CCAI Agent Assist-INDIA-REMOTE-ASAP-12MONTHS+

RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently looking for a meticulous Tester to join a Google CCAI (Contact Center AI) Agent Assist project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Role: Google CCAI Agent Assist

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12months +

Capacity – Full time – 5 days per week

Location – Remote

Language: English

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI solutions.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the quality of AI models and algorithms.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve system performance.
• Conduct performance testing and analyse results to optimize AI solutions.
• Provide detailed reports on testing activities and outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tester or similar role, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Google CCAI Agent Assist and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
