Test Engineer

We are pleased to share an urgent hiring opportunity with one of our long-standing and esteemed clients based in Manesar, Haryana, renowned for their expertise in the defense sector.

Position: Test Engineer (BE / B Tech / Diploma)
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Industry Preference: Electronics, Defense, or Aerospace sectors, ideally within organizations accredited to ISO 9001 / AS9100 QMS standards.

Key Technical Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in soldering and desoldering multi-layer PCBs.
• Expertise in testing Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, and RF/Microwave PCB assemblies featuring SMD, BGA, and RFSOC components used in defense equipment such as RADAR and communication systems.
• Skilled in testing multilayer PWAs, sub-assemblies, and units using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Proficient in troubleshooting PWAs using tools like digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and pulse generators—up to the component level.
• Familiarity with Flying Probe Testers (FPT) and In-Circuit Testers is an added advantage.
• Experience in flash programming and fault diagnosis using JTAG-based diagnostic tools.
• Ability to conduct testing as per Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and generate Acceptance Test Reports (ATR).
• Strong capability in interpreting schematics, technical drawings, assembly procedures, and standards.
• Working knowledge of interface protocols such as LAN, RS422, RS485.
• Understanding of quality systems and standards applicable to defense-grade manufacturing.
