Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of

  Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Financials

  modules.
• Hands-on experience in

  Workday functional or integration testing

  .
• Good knowledge of

  testing methodologies (STLC, SDLC)

  and

  defect management lifecycle

  .
• Proficiency in

  JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools

  .
• Experience in

  Workday integrations testing

  (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
• SQL knowledge for data validation (preferred).
• Experience with

  Workday Release Management

  and regression testing cycles.
• (Optional) Knowledge of

  Workday automation tools

  like

  Selenium, Worksoft, or Workday Test Framework (WTF)

  is an added advantage.
