Job Overview: Kadantanottu Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer to oversee and expand our sales operations in the Kottayam territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets to promote the company’s products and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Kottayam territory to achieve sales goals. Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular market visits to promote products, gather feedback, and understand customer needs. Coordinate with branches, agents, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure effective product placement and visibility. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly. Collaborate with the teams to organize promotional activities and campaigns in the territory. Ensure compliance with company policies and implement sales strategies effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in NBFC/ FMCG or related sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the Kottayam market dynamics and a good network of local contacts will be an added advantage.
