Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Officer based in Palghat. The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations within assigned territories, building and nurturing distributor and retailer relationships, overseeing channel sales, and meeting sales targets. Duties also include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Distribution Management to ensure effective supplier and retailer engagement.
Proficiency in Sales and Channel Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Experience in Sales Management and Business Development for achieving targets and strategizing growth initiatives.
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and creating action plans to enhance territory performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in the paints or chemicals industry is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
