A Territory Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated geographical area or customer segment. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing product information and support. TSOs also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report on sales performance. Key Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Officer:
