Role Description

·    Full responsibility for the business growth of assigned territory.             

·    Develop and maintain customer relationship to support GGB’s position as the continued vendor of choice. Understand the customers –business; processes and key issues, ensure that GGB’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties.

·    Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability. Handle customer complaints.

·    Coordinate and guide activities with GGB global as they relate to applicable accounts.

·    To make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations.

·    Negotiate contracts with customers within GGB guidelines.

·    Ensure all quotations / orders and all other customer communication to be handled promptly and accurate. Manage sales order- processes for the applicable accounts. Monitor administration and followup.

·    Accurately communicate customer needs, complaints, and potentials to internal departments. 

·    Communicate and coordinate with global team for global customers/projects

·    Use CRM as basic tool for business planning and project management.

·    Continuous learning skills and knowledge.

·    Exercise good expense control within budget.

·    Follow Safety procedures and code of conduct as per company guidelines                 

Qualifications and Experience

  1. MBA in Marketing, B.E. Mechanical
  2. 3-6 years' experience in direct/solution sales experience in mechanical components.
  3. Technical background in mechanical industry.
  4. Familiar with tier 1 and tier 2 automotive customers.
  5. Good business sense and proven sales performance.
  6. Basic command on English (both reading and writing).
  7. Good communication and negotiation skill.
  8. Good teamwork and positive attitude.
  9. Strong business growth mind-set.
  10. Good presentation skill.
  11. Previous experience in technical position, bearing knowledge or CRM experience will be a plus.
