Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

      • Identify and acquire new TASC customers within the assigned territory.
      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing TASC clients.
      • Understand client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
    • Sales & Business Development:

      • Drive CASA sourcing through TASC clients.
      • Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for the TASC portfolio.
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business potential within the TASC segment.
    • Sales Team Management (if applicable):

      • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
      • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes and targets.
      • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
