Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at Scimplify, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales and marketing efforts for Water Soluble Fertilizers, Micronutrients, Biologicals, Bio stimulants, and Granular NPK. You will be tasked with appointing Channel Partners within your designated area, ensuring product positioning, and organizing launching events. Your role will also involve compiling data related to market analysis and executing demand generation campaigns effectively. In addition, you will be leading a team of Junior Agronomists to manage large-scale projects focused on demand generation and farm services. It will be your responsibility to develop strategies to achieve the desired budget, manage product flow, and implement commercial strategies in a timely manner while ensuring successful collection. As the manager of the assigned area, you will oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) aspects of the business. You will provide direction to your team to maintain services, uphold brand value, and contribute to branding efforts that drive demand generation.
