Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Bongaigaon. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include training and developing sales staff, implementing sales strategies, and monitoring market trends. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and developing sales staff
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• FMCG industry experience of 7/8 years is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
