Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve targets for surgical products in the assigned territory.
  • Engage with surgeons, OT staff, purchase teams, and hospital management to generate demand and ensure product adoption.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, handle queries, and provide after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the reporting ASM to execute sales strategies and market expansion plans.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in medical devices, preferably in surgical consumables.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills in the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to independently manage the territory and meet sales goals.
  • Should be based in the respective location.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum one-month notice period will be preferred.
