Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Industry: Medical Devices (Surgical Products) Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Locations: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bhopal, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Akola (Maharashtra), Rajkot Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and achieve targets for surgical products in the assigned territory. Engage with surgeons, OT staff, purchase teams, and hospital management to generate demand and ensure product adoption. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations, handle queries, and provide after-sales support. Collaborate with the reporting ASM to execute sales strategies and market expansion plans. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in medical devices, preferably in surgical consumables. Strong networking and relationship-building skills in the healthcare sector. Ability to independently manage the territory and meet sales goals. Should be based in the respective location.
