TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

As a Switchgear & Wiring Accessories Senior Territory Manager at Orient Electric, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include establishing Orient as a leading brand voice in the category within the defined territory. You should have a Retail experience with domain knowledge, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Switchgear & Switches. Your tasks will involve conducting regular retail activities, promotional activities in the retail market, IB Calls, and creating a future prospect funnel. Your key responsibilities will include developing productive relationships with dealers/distributors, creating win/win business plans, acting as a bridge between the company and current/future markets, and expanding the retail sales network. You will be responsible for achieving retail expansion targets by appointing new retailers/dealers and distributors, conducting market mapping, tracking competition information, ensuring product displays, and executing retail activities. Furthermore, you will be accountable for achieving area business targets in terms of Primary Secondary Sales & Collection, submitting balance confirmations from trade partners, executing promotional schemes, recording sales and order information, and reporting to the sales department. You will also need to submit Sales MIS, ensure compliance with Orient Electric trade policies, monitor stock movement, conduct product trainings, generate leads, settle defective products, and encourage channel partners to adopt digital initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of the Switchgear & Wiring Accessories BU at Orient Electric, and your proactive approach in executing the outlined responsibilities will contribute significantly to the company's growth and market presence.,
