Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Basti. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include meeting sales goals, providing excellent customer service, overseeing sales training, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to train and mentor sales staff effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
  • Availability to work on-site in Basti
