Job Description

Territory Sales Manager Hygiene

Role Objective

Drive hygiene business growth, service quality, compliance, and team performance across an assigned territory, ensuring customer retention, audit readiness, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales and growth targets (hygiene chemicals & programs)
Acquire new QSR, restaurant, and food service customers
Manage, coach, and review Sales & Service Associates – Hygiene
Ensure service consistency, SOP adherence, and audit preparedness
Drive territory planning, outlet coverage, and visit discipline
Manage key accounts, renewals, and escalations
Track collections, contract compliance, and customer retention
Coordinate with operations and support teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

4–7 years’ experience in Institutional Hygiene / HoReCa / Cleaning Chemicals B2B sales
Prior experience managing field service and sales teams
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene SOPs, and audit environments
Data-driven, process-oriented approach
Graduate / MBA preferred
