Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company medications and products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics and hospitals.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to detail product benefits, usage, dosage and side-effects.
• Achieve sales targets within assigned territory or segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Organize and conduct product presentations, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and group meetings.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitive products, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability and timely supply.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding market response.
• Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B or D)
• Freshers can also apply
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Good interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well organized.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and pharmacology.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,184.48 - ₹27,877.54 per month
