Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Bhuj. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated region. The role will involve leading and training sales teams, maintaining high levels of customer service, and proactively identifying new business opportunities to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies
• Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management
• Customer Service skills that ensure client satisfaction and account growth
• Ability to train and develop team members to achieve sales targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the LED lighting or electronics industry is a plus
