Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales target achievement of concerned dealers assigned, day to day billing.
  • Dealers management - Dealer appointments visit and support.
  • Regular communication with Dealers - scheme implementation, policies and changes in the policies.
  • Accountable for Both Sales & Service
  • Handling Service Network/complaints of OE Dealers within all states
  • Co-ordinating with various departments for handling customer complaints, follow up for delivery.
  • Market development i.e. to build networks to develop the market.
  • Managing Collection.
  • Ensure delivery from C&F to dealer on time.

Experience:

Qualification:

- Bachelor of Engineering

- MBA

Skills required-

  • • Knowledge market vigilance.
  • • Excellent presentation skills.
  • • Dealer issue handling skills.
  • • Basic Computer Knowledge - Excel and PowerPoint.
  • • Communication Skills - Interacting with dealers, customers, different departments in local language.
