Job Description

Hiring for Scrum Master

Expereince Range:- 5+ Years

Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners Only

Work Mode:- Hybrid

Work Location:- Bangalore

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in commerce, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience with IT development and/or operations domains with 5 years of Agile and Dev Ops practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts and technologies to diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with technical product teams including offshore resources and working in matrixed environments.
Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and observability.
Strong experience in Microsofts ADO and/or Lucid tools. Additional knowledge of SAP ERP would be advantageous.
Experience handling multiple scrum teams at any given time.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred to have any Cloud based certifications/SAP certifications
Scrum master Certification
Power BI, Azure Dev ops is a must
