Territory Sales Manager (B2B)

Preferred - Kraft Paper Industries, Packaging Industries & Adhesives Industries Key Responsibilities: • Promote and market starch-based adhesives to corrugated box and paper packaging manufacturers in the Mumbai and surrounding regions. • Meet prospective clients, explain product features and benefits, and handle technical discussions. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners. • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with the technical team for troubleshooting if required. • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit summaries. • Participate in exhibitions, demos, and technical seminars as needed. ⸻ Requirements: • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering • Experience: Fresher (0–1 year); prior internship or sales experience in industrial products is a plus. • Language Skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is a bonus. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Should enjoy meeting people and explaining technical products. • Other Requirements: • Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license. • Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby industrial areas. • Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement. ⸻ Compensation: As per industry standards + Travel allowance + Incentives based on performance.
