Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Location: Mahabubnagar & Nearby Districts Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years in Sales (Mobile Retail / FMCG / CUG preferred) Salary: As per industry standards + Travel Allowance + Incentives --- Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive business growth, and manage retail channel partners across Mahabubnagar and its surrounding districts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, territory knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company goals. Manage and expand distribution and retail partner networks. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular field visits to monitor retail operations and performance. Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers in untapped areas. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Ensure visibility and availability of products at all key outlets. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and BTL campaigns. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the regional office. Provide training and support to front-line sales staff and retail partners. Candidate Requirements: Graduate or MBA preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field marketing. Experience in the mobile retail, FMCG, CUG, or similar sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Mahabubnagar and surrounding district geography. Proficient in MS Excel, email, and reporting tools. Ability to work independently with a result-driven approach.
