Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the achievement of sales targets as per the plan. This involves implementing various initiatives at the dealer level, establishing connections with consumers and influencers, and collecting competitive intelligence data from the field. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to visit dealer locations according to the Personal Journey Plans (PJP) and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with dealers. Additionally, it is crucial to focus on dealer development and motivation towards Tata TISCON sales, ensuring the generation of an adequate sales funnel and promoting new products and SKUs as planned. You will also need to comprehend the geography-wise sales plans for Tata TISCON provided by superiors, and then communicate and implement these plans at the dealer level effectively. Your role will involve building consumer and influencer connections within the region to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for dealers. Moreover, you may have to provide guidance to dealer Field Executives when necessary. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location will require in-person presence.,
