Job Description

Salary: ₹7.5 – ₹8.5 LPA (Includes ₹1L Performance Bonus) + Incentives + Perks + TA/DA
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream / Master’s degree / MBA
Experience: 10–15 years in sales, preferably from IT, Telecom, B2B, B2C, FMCG, or relevant field sales backgrounds

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Territory Incharge/Manager to lead sales initiatives, manage a team of sales executives, and drive business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in team management, customer relationship development, and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts
  • Monitor team performance through clear KPIs and sales goals
  • Identify and target high-potential market segments and customer profiles
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction
  • Negotiate deals, pricing, and contracts to maximize business outcomes

  • Proven team handling and target achievement experience
  • Self-driven, dynamic, and confident with a strong result-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
