Territory Sales Executive - Horeca & General trade

Have an opening for below mentioned role with One of the Leading FMCG Company Location: Pune, Goa Job Title : Territory Sales Executive Location : Pune & Goa Industry: Food & Beverages (Mayonnaise, Sauces, etc.) Experience : 2-5 Years (FMCG / Food Service industry preferred) CTC: As per industry standards About the Company: It is a growing player in the food solutions segment, offering a premium range of products including mayonnaise, sauces, and condiments tailored for the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering), bakery, and fastfood industry. With a focus on quality and customer-centric innovation, we aim to expand our presence across key markets in India. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales & Growth : Responsible for achieving sales targets across Institutional Sales channels , including HoReCa, General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Fast Food Chains, and Bakeries . Distributor Management : Identify, appoint, and manage distributors/stockists ; ensure regular engagement and performance monitoring. Market Activation : Plan and execute promotional activities, new product launches, and trade initiatives across the region. Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to companys commercial policies, pricing, schemes, and operational guidelines. Territory Development : Expand customer base by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with key accounts in the region. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) or Graduate 2- 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Food Service industry. Strong knowledge of the HoReCa and Retail Sales ecosystem in Pune & Goa. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
