As a Territory Sales Executive at India Foods Business, your role involves distributing and displaying General Mills India products in your assigned area. Your primary objective is to achieve retailing volume and collection targets through effective distributor management. - Ensure all GMI products are sold in relevant outlets in your territory - Identify new distributors to maintain distribution - Ensure product visibility in all serviced outlets - Manage WB stocks, claims, and outstanding as per norms - Oversee DSMs to optimize man-days, productivity, and visibility - Monitor and report competitor activities - Share suggestions for local promotions and branding ideas To excel in this role, you should be a graduate/MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
