Territory Sales Executive

As a Territory Sales Executive in the Bakery & Foodservice department, your role involves promoting concept selling through premixes to bakeries and other outlets. This includes identifying customers, demonstrating products, and explaining the consistency and convenience they offer. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for your area, focusing on value/volume objectives and distribution targets in alignment with sales policies and strategies. - Call on nominated customers, ensuring the frequency and duration of the calls are cost-effective and consistent with the agreed work state. - Prepare a monthly plan for specified customers to achieve volume targets by product group, while extending product distribution and usage in potential customers. - Ensure all receivables adhere to the company's credit policy. - Utilize computer systems to understand the importance of major territory outlets by product group and maintain an effective admin system. - Develop knowledge of the B&FS market, arrange and implement demonstrations/exhibitions, and ensure agreed promotions are fully implemented.
