Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing the sales team. Additional responsibilities include conducting training for clients and team members, creating sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven experience and knowledge in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients and team members on products and services
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to efficiently manage the sales team
• A bachelor's degree in Bio Medical, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of medical devices and relevant industry experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of adapting to dynamic work environments
