Territory Manager-Sales

The role requires you to achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales plans within the assigned area. You will be responsible for managing projects across various segments like Retail, Professional, and Institutional in an efficient and profitable manner. Your job will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial, which includes providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and suggesting profitable services. You will be expected to monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review. Collaboration with customers on pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes is also a key aspect of the role. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's lighting products, features, and benefits is essential. You should be able to communicate product knowledge effectively to customers. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction is another important responsibility. This is a full-time position requiring a Master's degree (Preferred) in education and at least 2 years of experience in sales (Preferred). The work location is in person and the schedule is day shift.,
