Territory Manager- Parts

As the Territory Manager- Parts at Hero Motocorp, you will be an integral part of the PAM- India BU and will directly report to the Area Manager- PAM. Your main objective will be to strategize and plan sales for HGP & HGO, increase market share through effective penetration, and achieve revenue goals by conducting market research and analysis while recommending appropriate measures. Your responsibilities will include achieving Dispatch / Retail targets for HGP & HGO by implementing business sales strategies in your assigned territory, devising strategies to enhance market penetration by expanding the retailer network, appointing new distributors in approved geographies, and effectively implementing schemes to promote top products in the market. In your day-to-day activities as the TM- PAM, you will focus on achieving dispatch and retail targets through strategic business sales techniques. This will involve exploring, strategizing, and executing plans to increase market penetration by expanding the retailer network to build sustainable relationships for steady growth. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA degree with 1-3 years of experience, possess technical/commercial skills (DMS & SAP), excel in channel management, market research, brand building, and product promotion. Additionally, you should demonstrate creative thinking, strong communication/presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel), and the ability to align and motivate distributor teams for high performance.
