Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving business growth and sales by managing the services portfolio and developing the business with a focus on booked number of sites, value from leads, and customer referral contribution. Additionally, you will create awareness of various services through on-ground activations and analyze site values to devise improvement action plans. You will also collaborate with the ASM for sales initiatives and ensure local lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Services Portfolio to create value for the Business - Develop the Business with respect to Booked Number of Sites & Value from leads and improve Customer Referral Contribution - Drive awareness of services through BTL activations - Analyze Average Site Value, Average Paintable Area, Interior/Exterior Site Ratio to create improvement action plans - Liaise with ASM for sales level initiatives - Ensure local lead generation - 35% target - Create exceptional Consumer Experience for end-to-end painting service - Conduct Painter experience Site Evaluation Audit of prepainting & WIP sites - Track and enhance NPS Scores for the geography - Ensure adherence to SOPs & policies across the unit & sites - Own end-to-end responsibility of driving the painting services portfolio - Conduct WIP sites audits - 20 no per month per CSO for single unit - Manage the Complaints team to investigate and address customer complaints timely - Track and resolve all complaints within defined SLAs - Perform monthly consolidated analysis of Complaints and report to ASM - Maintain an inventory of all assets including Tools, Implements, and Painting Material - Ensure proper usage of Cleaning Kit/Plastic rolls, Safety Gears, Sanders, Rollers & VC, and other equipments - Monitor Paint Material delivery at Customer Sites - Monitor training for painters/team, update Modules as needed, and review training status monthly - Implement newer modules shared by Training team - Recruit and enroll Painter Cells as per demand - Provide Induction training and evaluation of the Painter Cells - Conduct Performance Review on monthly/quarterly basis for each Painter Cells - Recruit, train, and report on the Team alignment with Services roadmap - Manage and grow talent within the team through people management initiatives and performance reviews - Administer training agenda to the unit and track implementation effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in business development and sales management - Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business growth strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in managing complaints and asset inventory is a plus (Note: Any additional details of the company mentioned in the job description have been omitted.),
