Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Drive primary & secondary sales in modern trade outlets.
  • Manage key MT accounts.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility & shelf share.
  • Maintain planogram compliance as per brand guidelines.
  • Execute promotions, offers, and new product launches.
  • Supervise promoters/merchandisers for in-store execution.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing & market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers & category teams.
  • Resolve stock issues, returns & operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance & marketing teams.
  • Monitor schemes, claims & payouts with MT partners.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master's Degree.
  • 310 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Modern Trade.
