What role you will play in our team

Will be responsible to grow Mobil Industrial Lubricant Business in the assigned region via channel partners by adhering to sales pipeline management.

Job Location: Ahmedabad 

What you will do

  • Work closely with the Distributors, Distributor Sales Representatives, Industrial customers, Retailers, etc in expanding ExxonMobil's Lubricants business while ensuring operational integrity
  • Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales planning
  • Develop working relationships with Global stakeholders as per job requirement.
  • Build a personal understanding of market conditions, competitors activities and emerging trends
  • Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales pipeline process and apply consultative and benefit selling skills
  • Develop and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and demonstrate working knowledge of products and services and accordingly coach Sales representatives and conduct technical presentations to Industrial customers.

About You

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have Bachelor of Engineering degree and score 70% and above (equivalent CGPA) (Chemical/Mechanical/Production/Electrical)
  • Must have at least 3 years of work experience sales and marketing
  • Must be flexible to travel frequently as per business requirement
  • At least 3 years’ experience in responsible roles in Industrial B2B sales
  • Must be open for relocation as per business needs
  • Must have experience in direct or channel management from Industrial B2B sales.
  • Ability to influence channel partners and guide them to meet business objectives
  • Ability to create value by effectively utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) and other digital applications
  • Ability to guide and manage an extended sales force
  • Capable to build business relationships within key accounts comprehending multilevel decision tree

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Experience in industrial consumable products or from an industrial background e.g., industrial lubricants, bearings, compressors, cutting tools, maintenance & repair electrodes
  • Can have experience in maintenance of steel and cement industries, engine OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and off-highway OEMs
  • Preferably should have industrial application knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Industrial business and market knowledge including sector nuances
  • Ability to identify & analyze data, derive insights to pursue key opportunities
  • Ability to develop account plans and drive disciplined Pipeline management
  • Knowledge of Marketing strategies for lubricant products.
