In this role, your responsibilities will include developing and scaling supply strategy, operations processes, and execution in your region, leading a team of vendors to drive optimal performance, exploring new tools and processes to enhance workflows, collaborating with regional Client POCs, addressing ground-level challenges, establishing performance reporting mechanisms, and focusing on acquiring and engaging low-skilled workers in blue-collar/gray collar sectors. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree and possess 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Strong team management and stakeholder communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS-Office and G-Suite tools for compiling, interpreting, and sharing quality and performance data. Experience in hyper-growth startups and a self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude are preferred traits.
